  Welcome to our Ham Radio Woodland Events Page! Here you will find information about our Special Ham Radio Events taking place at our Small Woodland. In 2022 I will be installing our HF Antenna ,  for my personal Use in HAM Operations at my Woodland site.                 SIGMA EUROCOM SE-HF-X80 VERTICAL RADIAL FREE ANTENNA 80 TO 6 METRES  This Antenna will be for Mobile HF Operations from 6m to 80m. I will mostly be operating on powdered QRP operations at 10w. As this is one of my interests in building and operating my own Radio Transceivers from kits.   Ubitx Multi Band 6m-80m & Bitx 40m both my home build Radio Transceivers running Low power QRP 10w maximum.   Wildflower Project April 2025 Part 2 Wild Double Daffodil Below We are starting a New Woodland wildflower Project Starting in April. We are planning to Plant some more wildflower bulbs in our woodland helping native flowers. We have ordered another 200 wild Garlic bulbs but in the green this time so that we can plant them around the wood in small clumps. We have also ordered two types of the native wild Daffodils also ready to plant in the green. 100 native daffodils and 100 native double headed daffodils. We also have ordered 20 Snakehead fritillary flower bulbs as a trial to see if they will grow. In the Autumn we are planning to by a 25kg sack of mixed Daffodils for planting along the track and in the Orchard. 8/10/2021 Part1 Project Completed 3/11/21 Tracey will be doing a Wildflower project planting some new native Woodland flowers to increase the biodiversity of the woodland for the wildlife, especially for the pollinating insects.
